I ordered the super deluxe box from 10club (I live in te U.S.) and have had no problems. You just get the six bonus tracks as previously stated, not the full show. My order, in total, was around $165.
Just to remark about the level of vitriol toward 10C that I have sometimes seen on this board. I think we need to make sure we are distinguishing between "anger" and "mild disappointment from having to wait a few extra days for an awesome product that we are very excited about receiving and listening to."

Greece here! I ordered the DELUXE VS. and VITALOGY CD directly from TC (Ten Club) site on February 2nd. 40.98$ in total including shipping (11$). I received my shipping e-mail three days ago and the download link for the 6 tracks yesterday. I think everything has been going fine until now.

Here's my problem with this: I ordered this about 2 months ago. I feel that as fan club members, we should be getting these before we could just go buy it at the store. I've already been waiting forever, and one of my friends is already listening to the re-issues. That's BS.

I had this happen with my order today too. I e-mailed to see what the hell is happening and have got no reply so far. I'm just waiting for the response that says that there is a problem with my order and that they cancelled it.

I had ordered the deluxe edition from Amazon when they originally had it for sale for $12. That came today and I am still waiting on the SDE from the 10c.
I have to say. I am pretty disappointed that the items on pre-order where shipped essentially at the last minute.
In the grand scheme of things, people in the world are dying so not getting my CDs yesterday and not likely for a couple of days is really a small fish.
I would like to see as a matter of practice some considered different approaches toward what members get when they pre-order merch.
The Grateful Dead for example try to create incentive for fans to pre-order new live releases etc with an additional Bonus CD. As an audiophile, I would have personally loved to get the Super Deluxe set, but from a practical standpoint it was not in the cards. Still I did buy the CD package, it would have been nice to get the other Orpheum tracks as a bonus CD in full uncompressed quality.
Other things that I think would be exceptionally interesting for the band to consider and it seemed for a time a few years back with the Basecamp thing it was going to happen, would be to release some older shows. I completely understand the band is probably sick to death of looking backwards, but even with this project I could think of at minimum three shows from the fall of 1993 and during the spring of 1994 that most fans would love to hear the bands tapes of. Personally I thought it would have been a great bookend to this chapter of the bands history to include even a selection of songs from the Bridge Shows in 1994 too, as it truly signified one era ending and another beginning for Pearl Jam. even simply the five Vs. & Vitalogy related tracks from that year would have been an ideal bonus - Elderly Woman, Corduroy, Daughter, Not for You, Immortality.
Just my two cents, looking forward to my set nevertheless.
They haven't shipped all pre-orders. The status of our order of many of us Europeans who ordered the Super DeLuxe set from pearljam.com/sony international has been changed to "ships on or before April 11, 2011" and we haven't been charged and haven't received the bonus track link by e-mail, either.
I would personally rather like to see the release of the Bridge School Concerts of 1996, when Brendan O'Brien played Fender Rhodes electric piano. I don't know if we can expect any Bridge School Concerts to be released through the upcoming Pearl Jam Vault, because I believe Neil Young own the right to the recordings of those concerts. Hopefully we will get them through the Vault some day...

Personally I have recordings of the 1996 Bridge show of which can barely be improved upon. More interested in upgrades on the 1994 audience recordings to remove the screeching & cackling fans.

I've had a quick look through this thread and it looks like there is some sort of problem. I noticed when sending an email to the contact address that the delivery date has changed to 11th April? What happened there? Are just Europeans affected (I'm in the UK) as it seems some people have got it?
I'm hoping my order will still be honoured. I guess I'll just have to wait for a reply to my email.

I swung by my local indie record store Music Millennium in Portland to pick up the new Radiohead on vinyl today and checked to see if they got the SDE box version. One of the clerks said Pearl Jam isn't giving indie record stores a chance to sell this one and lamented that PJ "used to be about supporting the little guys." Yeah, seems odd. I'll probably just buy the albums separately on vinyl next month.
They're still supporting the little guy, themselves. I would think they are a smaller record store than any of the indies...

If they are using DHL to deliver, that may be the main problem... During the holidays, the higher ups at the Big Box retailer I work for, decided to save a little bit of money by using these guys instead of UPS. Deliveries that typically took just 2-3 business days ended up taking WEEKS because of these jokers. And we're still using them, and now have to tell customers that: "Hey, you know how you used to get stuff in a couple days, since we have a warehouse in town? Yeah, now it's gonna be maybe a week/week-and-a-half..."
