CYCLONE YASI....which is about the size of Hurricane Katrina but slightly less strong. :shock: :shock: :shock:

I'm in Townsville. We're preparing for a category 2 cyclone to hit in about 24 hours time. Cairns is going to get fucking smashed by a category 4 or higher! I hope so much it doesn't swing down towards us by tomorrow night. Scary shit!! I really REALLY don't want to experience a strong category 4 cyclone.

    The cyclone is 500km wide and the eye is 100kms wide!!!! :shock: It's fucking massive!!

    Yep....we now have mandatory evacuations happening....just saw a Queensland Police updated on FB which said that the army are now doorknocking and telling people in low-lying flood prone areas to evacuate.
