Just watched the Foos Cubby Bears show, amazing show.....imagine being there, such a small venue.

That was a great show! I remember staying up to watch the live stream that night. Was lucky to catch the Sonic Highways club show in LA. Absolutely love when the Foos play small shows. Living in LA, I've been lucky enough to catch 4 of them over the years, all under 500 capacity. Can't wait for the next one!

I'm assuming a hiatus, though a full on break-up would be more rock & roll, dramatic.......& of course sad. But Dave & Taylor love each other right?

In the interim, I would absolutely love another Them Crooked Vultures album even though I know it's not likely.

Probably more likely than you think

The best thing I saw on Twitter was, "the Foo Fighters have been on an indefinite hiatus from making good music since 1997."

Seriously though, why does this warrant an announcement? They can't do anything low key and constantly need attention. Every band is basically on hiatus between records. Pearl Jam was on hiatus from July of 2010-September 2011 and basically most of 2012 and 2015, U2 takes three or four years off between records and tours. I don't get why people are losing their shit over this.
