anyone see their set lists from the past few nights? They actually started the show with Everlong. That's kinda like if PJ were to start a show with YellowLed Better or something
I did see that.Maybe it's a Europe festival thing. They didn't do it down under.I also noticed they have been blocking out a cover set. Set lists have been short.1.5- 2 hour shows I guess.

"Last year, the Foo Fighters made an album, Sonic Highways, that they put together by recording in the iconic studios of eight different American cities. And frontman Dave Grohl also made an HBO show, also called Sonic Highways, in which he documented the album’s creation but also interviewed the luminaries of all these different cities, tracing their musical histories through his personal point-of-view. It was a pretty bad album but a pretty great TV show. And now he’s saying that he’ll do it again, though he doesn’t know when. During a recent NME interview, Grohl said that there would definitely be a new Sonic Highways season. (He didn’t say anything about an album, but they way he talked about it sure made it sound like they’d do that, too.) He talked about the possibility of doing an international version, or one focused entirely on the UK. And in the interview, the band also spoke fondly of the idea of continuing to tour but no longer making records at all. Watch it below." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQILpe3hu8E

Yes! I just re-watched the DC episode the other day. I'm definitely looking forward to another season of this.
Very cool. Sonic highways album was cool. think I appreciate the songs a lot more due to the documentary. The songs where always great, but I love the songs more after knowing / seeing how the songs where created through the influence of people in the music industry and the cities' background musically
Well, that was a slightly different kind of concert tonight. Dave fell off stage during 2nd song - Monkey Wrench - and broke his leg. Dave called Taylor to step in and they played two songs without Dave.
After this Dave returned and played few songs sitting on chair and with doctor holding his leg steady. Later he was taken backstage again and they put a cast on his leg and he returns again to finish the nearly three hour set.
What a guy. Legend.
Gig itself was awesome. Setlist followed partly on previous gigs from this tour, but obviously with some changes due Dave's injury. From rarities department: they played Enough Space.
"As a result Foo Fighters have been forced to cancel their June 14 appearance at the Pinkpop Festival as well as their June 16 show at the AFG Arena in St. Gallen, Switzerland."
Dave grohl kinda a badass for coming back from a broken leg. Hope he recovers fine. Also cool for sonic highways 2.

This is a bummer. Hope he heals fast. The shows won't have the same energy if he can't run around the stage. I don't think he's going to be running for a while.
Alright, alright, alright!

Dave is a badass--the hockey player of rock for coming back and finishing that show! I wish him a speedy recovery. Hopefully he'll be all set for the RFK show! Wrigley is getting closer and closer--I feel like I've had tickets in hand for this show FOREVER! And now starting to get excited about it again. Hopefully he's OK for the whole US tour...unsure how long it takes to recover from an injury like that.

Been super excited about the July 4th show for a long time now. I don't care if he's sitting down or not, I hope it doesn't get cancelled. Can definitely understand if it does. That'll just mean i'll have to buy Atlanta tickets now, which I might end up doing anyways.

I don't want to see them in Olympic park, but I'm probably going to hit my bro up who lives in ATL and grab that show.
Good news - or at least a glimmer of hope - for US folks attending the Foo's concerts:
Major Update On Foo Fighters’ U.S. Stadium Concerts Following Dave Grohl Breaking Leg
Despite Foo Fighters recently canceling some high profile U.K. and European festival and stadium performances due to Dave Grohl breaking his leg at a show in Sweden, The Boston Globe reports that the band are still set to perform at Fenway Park in Boston, MA on July 18th and 19th. Their report states, “If you’re wondering what the bad break means for the band’s shows at Fenway Park July 18 and 19, we’re told they’re still on. We’re guessing that Grohl won’t do a lot of stage diving, but that’s probably for the best.”
Foo Fighters also have huge shows scheduled next month at RFK Stadium and Citi Field. Obviously plans are subject to change, as the U.K. concerts weren’t immediately canceled.
