OK so I just saw a reel on IG that talks about Dave and his daughter burning copies of the new CD and making cover art for them and leaving them around town in odd places.

    How cool is that?

Is the consensus around here that their new album kind of sucks?
There’s a couple of tracks I like but overall I’m finding the album a bit meh. Just my opinion of course. Already listening to other music. Bypassing this one at the moment. Might come back at some point.

I missed the one they left at Amoeba Hollywood by a couple hours on the early side. Most were out in the Valley where they live which is the opposite side of LA from me. Was at Amoeba just before noon shopping for something else and thought that if they came into Hollywood, they’d likely leave one at Amoeba. Sure enough, a couple hours later in the afternoon that’s exactly what they did.

At first I was indifferent to the first couple singles, but the album’s growing on me. Helps that my first experience listening to it all the way through was at the Taco Bell Cantina DTLA listening party where I received ~$100 in free merch including a vinyl copy of the record. Looking forward to seeing the songs played live later this summer!!

    Feel forced.

NIN did it cooler in 2007 or whatever year it was.

    WOW! That's awesome!

How was he able to get into both shows? When did tickets go on sale for both shows? (Same times or different times?)

Oh, I'll get in touch about the Sayreville show.

I am not sure when the NJ show tickets went on sale. He was someone’s plus 1 for the Irving Plaza show and got his own ticket for NJ.
