i just tried renewing (expires on 2/20/2011) & it said "the requested action could not be completed." any idea why this happened? did i try to renew too early?

Probably just a website problem. My wife's expires in Dec. 2011 and we were told she can renew anytime since she wants the shirt and download early.

I honestly cannot imagine a concert where everybody orderly remains on their seats ...

When I went to London 2000 (my first shows!) Night one I was standing and getting sweaty amongst the crowd, night two I was seated, in not a bad position, but it was a lot further back. It was a very different experience each night, and I honestly can't say which one I preferred. The adrenalin was pumping more night one, but I 'listened' more night two, and heard more of the music. Also it was kind of fun watching everybody rocking out in front of us in the Wembley Arena.

When I went to Shepherd's Bush which was a bit of a ticketing lottery nightmare (not many tickets!) - at the last minute in the panic to buy I had an impulse to press 'seated', and for all I know this might have been what secured me the tix (less competition online?). We had VERY good seats, right overlooking the band - and you could hear and see EVERYTHING. It was mad, at one point I thought I was about to topple off the balcony and land bang in the middle of the stage - I couldn't take my eyes off 'em. Then everyone got to their feet anyway (so too at Wembley 2000). The only downer is when you tried rocking out in the aisles like a few of us were, you were quickly moved back to your seat. I don't regret being seated for Shepherd's Bush Empire though - I can remember every note, every hand movement practically

I understand it :D But I never experienced a concert "seated", never ever. If you want to rock out, rock out, if don't want to, don't - that's hwat I can tell from any concert ... And I love the raw energy! Even if I am just watching from behind. The sound is good everytime, the only thing to worry is "why don't I see them?" but if you're there for the music, this is less important ;) Might be cool to have a seated thing once, though, less distressing 8-)

Yeah, I think the good thing about seated over GA is you can still go mad and rock out, but you don't have to ride the wave of bodies to enjoy the music (I'm approaching 40 now!! ) One of my old Pearl Jam t-shirts still has a blood stain on it from the guy in front who whacked his teeth into my shoulder during Given to Fly :-?

Nothing bad about some scars that leave good memories ;) But I get your point. I am 32 and I think I could still stand one of the first rows. Didn't do it either in Berlin bc it was way too hot for exercise

Actually my last show in 2009 (SBE) I was jumping around and yelling so much the security had to usher me back to my seat on several occasions. I got told off :( It has been about 12 years since I last head-banged though (ouch)

based on the design skills we've seen in the past this can either be pretty cool or the worst shirt in a long time :)

i hope someone gets their shirt soon so i can decide on which membership to get

For those who've already bought a few years membership, contact TC to explain the situation.

I told them I already had a membership upto March 2012. They were really helpful with the upgrade too. *tips hat*

How soon did the TC upgrade your membership?

Emailed them a couple of days ago but haven't heard anything back since, did they email to confirm the upgrade once it went through, or did you see an order history update on your profile?

Two or three days. I asked them to email me back to confirm everything had been done, and they did. Give it a few more days and email them back if you've not heard from them.

I haven't read every post in here (67 pages is a lot), but I for one am excited.
Every year I want to buy a new PJ T-shirt....now I don't have too and I am always looking at getting more bootlegs.

Pretty sweet deal if you ask me. All the extras alone would cost $40!

It's hardly "free" when you are playing $20 more.

I figured that being the 1000th person to post here, I will throw my 2 cents in finally.

Personally I would love to spend 20 bucks, but they do a lot of cool stuff so I don't mind spending the extra money. Plus now my 432xxx number will be getting even better!
