Wow, what an awesome show! First time seeing Mumford and they did not dissappoint. New songs sounded great and the old songs even better. Closed out the show by bringing out Dawes and they all played "With a Little Help From My Friends" the Joe Cocker version. Awesome way to close out the show.

 That's awesome!! Must have been really cool to see them at the Chicago Theatre...glad you had a good time!

Yeah, I hope a video of that pops up on youtube...I'd love to hear that again. I almost forgot how awesome of a venue Chicago Theatre is for a concert. Sound is awesome there, but the bathroom/concession situation is fucked. After Dawes finished, it took me 40 mins to take a piss and get a couple beers for me and my fiance...she thought I ditched her! Overall it was a great time.

I already had about 5-6 songs that were on the album but after listening to it a few times think its a nice follow up to SNM. The initial standouts for me were holland road and not without haste. We're you able to find the deluxe album I really dug the additional songs.

It's def a lot more diverse sounding, yet each song is about "My haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhht"... GREAT ALBUM!

I think the best way nowadays is to do a search for them on twitter.

Fantastic album, 2 proper listens (one blaring in car, 1 on headphones during walk) this am...
What a follow up and I definitely like it better after initial listen then "Sigh No More"..."Deluxe Companion" is a magnificent live version of SNM, would like to see them give "Babel" the same treatment.

Fantastic follow up, awesome album. This band is the real deal - musicianship is outstanding - Marcus' voice is unreal. Wish these guys would come anywhere near San Diego - sadly they are only playing Monterey this tour..

GREAT album, highly recommend it...Their version of "The Boxer" is killer.

Standouts so far (thru 2 listens) --> I Will Wait, Babel, Whispers in The Dark, Reminder & Where Are You Now

Have to say, really enjoyed the first listen, I will give it another go on the drive home from work today. I think Lover of the Light and Lovers Eyes are the two that stood out to me on the first go.

Picked it up at Bull Moose Music this morning. They actually played at the record store on one of their GOTR stops last August.

When I bought the CD today they gave me a limited edition poster of the August Show. Surprisingly good quality too. Definitely framable.

Bonus tracks are great. Upgrading to the Deluxe is worth it. The Boxer with Paul Simon and Jerry Douglas is fantastic! Scored it for $11 at the record store....iTUNES is charging $15. One more reason to SUPPORT LOCAL!!

I've only been able to listen to it once, but from what I heard it is a very solid album. I was stoked to get the free poster as well! I can't wait to see them live again.

Yeah, the played a short show on Friday. Only about 20-30 minutes, but it was for only around 150-200 people.

    Pretty cool.

No, I was up in Bangor most of the summer. Came down for the Eastern Prom show, but didn't hit up Bull Moose. Did see The Decemberists play at Bull Moose a year or so ago. Pretty cool experience. But, the long wait for just 20 minutes isn't really worth it for me unless its a band that I am borderline obsessed over.

Haha. Its almost to the North Pole. You are in Portland right? You should really consider hitting up the Green Day show at CCCC in January. I know people bash on them here, but they put on a really fun show!

Hahaha, no I live in Canada, Fredericton, New Brunswick. But I spend a lot of time in Maine, Kingfield and Portland specifically.

I thought about going to that show as I likely will be living in the Kingfield area for the winter, but I dunno, just can't seem to commit to it. It's GA, so I may wait 'til last minute.
