    How McCann didn't get tossed is ridiculous, blocking the plate on a HR. What are there umpires for? Gomez is an idiot but the Braves instigated the incident. If a guy wants to be an asshole, let him be an asshole.

    The Braves need a spark before the playoffs and I think that's what McCann was going for there.

    I'm not an Atlanta fan at all but I applaud McCann. Gomez was acting like a retard around the bases and I'm glad McCann said something to him and didn't allow him to touch home.

    Definitely agree that Gomez was acting like a dbag, but this is the 2nd time in a month that McCann has done this. Who does this guy think he is? The baseball police? Standing there blocking the plate like he's some type of hardass...give me a fucking break. If he really wanted to do something he should have punched him, but instead he completely escalated the situation into something that it didn't need to be.

    2.5 million fans have attended games at Turner Field so far this season. That ranks them 13 out of 30 teams in attendance so far, so I wouldn't say we are the worst.
