Kicked ass? You know I'm not a Braves fan, but a 7 game series with 4 walkoffs and a final game 1-0 in 10 innings is not an "ass kicking." They took advantage of their homefield advantage and won 4 home games, 17 years ago.Spectrum 10/27/09; New Orleans JazzFest 5/1/10; Made in America 9/2/12; Phila, PA 10/21/13; Phila, PA 10/22/13; Baltimore Arena 10/27/13; Phila, PA 4/28/16; Phila, PA 4/29/16; Fenway Park 8/7/16; Fenway Park 9/2/18; Asbury Park 9/18/21; Camden 9/14/22; Las Vegas 5/16/24; Las Vegas 5/18/24; Phila, PA 9/7/24; Phila, PA 9/9/24; Baltimore Arena 9/12/24; Pittsburgh 5/16/25; Pittsburgh 5/18/25

As much as I hate to say it, that 10 inning CG shutout by Morris was a masterpiece.
I still have nightmares about Lonnie Smith's baserunning...0

masterpiece is even an understatement. it was one of the greatest, most clutch, pitching performances in the history of the game!www.myspace.com0

well now that they narrowly pulled out a playoff berth, lets see if the boys can pony up and win a few for Bobby. I think the loss of Prado is going to be their ultimate demise...We were but stones your light made us stars0

I think the SF rotation will be our ultimate demise...Huddy has pitched his ass off all year...Other than him, everyone else has been no 3 or 4 at best...I give us no shot if you want the truth. Wouldnt surprise me if we got swept...:-)Never, ever, flipping forget

My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-120

Bump up for 2011 season here. Thoughts on how things have been going so far? JJ's been pitching lights out, intrigued by Julio T. Uggla's been a disappointment so far. Could Lowe be expendable for a better bat somewhere?0

i wonder if the braves get a little nervous playing in front of big crowds. they're not really used to that down in hot lanta www.myspace.com0 www.myspace.com0

They're playing good ball right now. I'm praying we can win these last two with the PHils. If the bats can pick up and stay consistent, I think they'll be in a good spot at the break. Jurjens is having a helluva seasonWe were but stones your light made us stars0

 Jurrjens/Lowe or Lee/Hamels? I know who I'm picking.
Gonna be HOT tomorrow and if Lowe's sinker stays up, even this shitty lineup can do damage.0

Well, I live in Atlanta, so I'm a Braves fan...but I wouldn't say that I follow them all that closely. This year I have been to only one game so far...but it was a good one - that one against the Mets a couple of weeks ago where we won in extra innings on a balk. Had some home runs in that game too.
But as I said, I don't follow them as much as you guys do. I just stopped into this thread to say hi. 0 0
