    Correct.

I bought 2 shirts at the Sunday show the last time, and ended up putting them both on.
I couldn't believe how chilly it got once the sun went down.

If I’m forced onto the lawn with the unwashed, I will arrive before most and spread out a WWII era parachute and guard it with my 3rd degree black belt and nunchakus

For an event like this there is nothing wrong with sitting on the lawn.

You said something about the seats are for the familes and friends of the students on stage. I totally agree and there is no reason why PJ fans have to go for them this time. But for some they just have to be up close everytime. Those people make me wanna puke. lol
It's not about you this time it's about the kids. :)

But you know damned well, these people have been making themselves NUTS the last week, worrying about their precious tickets. They NEED to sit up close....So they can carry on their IMAGINARY relationship with Eddie Vedder....hehehehe

It just makes so much more sense to be on the lawn for these shows.

Save the seats for those who contribute big money and have done so for years.

Hit the nail right on the head with that comment. :)
  • The other part that cracks me up about the people with the seats......At least as far as the 1st timers....

They are paying $171, and will be in for a BIG SURPRISE once they see what the Bridge is all about.

Again, this isnt a "rock concert"......

It has nothing to do with “being closer.” Sitting in the 200 section just allows you to miss less music. You are further away from concessions and bathrooms on the lawn. As the day goes on and the lawn fills up, it will take you longer and longer to get back and forth. And more importantly, you spill less beer making your way back to a seat.

btw, family and friends have already secured their tickets. They get an advanced sale of the best 100 and 200 seats, so no worry there.

fyi, the few $150.00 section 100 tickets that will show up tomorrow most likely are the outer aisle ones that are obstructed view, but don’t say so. You can’t see the complete stage area from those seats and there are sound issues, which is why they’re available.
