    ever had the stereo cranked up, neighbor's call police, a tall policeman comes over to stand in (low ceiling) basement full of thick pot smoke and music? when asked what you're smoking, you tell him you're smoking cigarettes... he smiles and says yeah ok, then leaves after telling you to turn it down.
