Agree with the recent votes for the "cheese" songs.
I tend to omit b-sides and non-album tracks from these sort of things. These are just "bonus" songs.
Surprised Big Wave and Unemployable haven't been mentioned of late.

The hate for Speed of Sound continues but not with me, that song is quite enjoyable and has really good lyrics. I’m gonna have to go with, probably, definitely:

    U

studio only not counting Privacy, red dot or stupid mop:

    Unemployable.

I don't mind the rest of the song but I just can't get away with the chorus for Pilate. Awful.
Got this song twice in my first four shows too...bad luck!

I love this band but there are a few songs that get skipped when I am listening to them:

    Let the Records Play
    Big Wave

Can't stand Let the Records Play - I just envision Shania Twain...
That and Help Help are two I immediately skip...

Oh, stop. It might be a bit overplayed (not really, it's the epitome of what a PJ song is) but should never be mentioned with the word "worst."

You're right not the worst, but it has become my least favorite song at a show. It's more than a bit overplayed during tours. People have been moshing to this song in 2018!  As for radio, I have no idea if it's still played on rock/alt-rock/pop stations

Don't think there is a "bad" Pearl Jam song per se. For example, I love many of the songs here that people mention as being "the worst". If we are picking though, my vote goes to: I'm Open. That one's always a skip for me.

Still enjoy some of these from time to time but are definitely my least liked and listened to...

Worst from each album (true songs only)
Ten - Deep (by the slimmest of margins)

Vs - Glorified G (maybe you could argue rats)

Vitalogy - Spin the Black Circle (not a terrible song and under 3 minutes, but when non song tracks are disqualified, it falls to the bottom)

No Code - Mankind (who let stone sing?)

Yield - Pilot (although after reading master and margarita this song took new shape for me and I like it more but still on the bottom)

Binaural - Evacuation (and it’s not even close)

Riot Act - 1/2 Full (I think this people rate all over, so not definitive by any means)

S/T - Gone (should have a Xmas single)

Backspacer - ugh take your pick and as long as it’s not unthought known, force of nature, or the end, I won’t argue)

Lighting Bolt - Let the Records Play (just not this one)

Worst of of the worst: Totally subjective, but I’d go with Let the Records Play

    Ten - I just can't pick one.
    Vs. - I just can't pick one.
Vitalogy - (excluding "non-songs" - including Bugs) I still can't pick one...maybe Satan's Bed if I'm forced to do so
No Code - I'm Open (although if I omit Bugs from Vitalogy, maybe this one should also be ignored)
    Yield - Pilate
Binaural - Soon Forget (or Evacuation)
    Riot Act - Cropduster, maybe?
Self-Titled (aka "Nothing" for Brad B of SPT) - Big Wave and Unemployable
Backspacer - agree with the above...Johnny Guitar if I must pick just one
Lightning Bolt - Sirens and Future Days and Sleeping By Myself

SO, what I love about Pilate is how the song builds and there is the somewhat questionable chorus but then it has this FANTASTIC solo in ot and hearing the chorus makes me build up to that solo and that is what makes it a great song...
  • Lightning Bolt version of Sleeping by Myself. By a mile. Which sucks, because the simple uke version is gorgeous.
