I am so disgusted and angry at this

Obviously 2 people were involved, one doing the evil deed and the other video recording the event. It was uploaded on some video sharing site and then news broke out.

    What about the piece of SH%T that filmed this? We know the girl is an absolute waste, but this individual stands shoulder to shoulder with her.     That was extremely difficult to watch. I'm not one for death threats... but, if there was ever a case for issung them, I believe this to be one.

    Just wondering why we haven't government run spay and neuter clinics yet. If she could have afforded the bill of spaying her bitch or neutering her stud, then this wouldn't be an issue (the video). Would have saved all those animal loving die hards the tears of anguish that fills their very existence. Just saying. I find it very interesting that individuals can carry on about a dog being tossed in a river and not think twice about the cow running down a shoot only to be slaughtered for food? Did u figure this out yet?

    I'm referring to the cow not knowing what is coming! I typed this really slow therefore it should be easier to comprehend. Yes I do think the two are the same. No idea what is coming and why we have traveled this far, why are they being nice to me, I'm with all my brothers and sisters, and the next thing, I am swimming for my f@ck'n life, are cows/cattle any different? Nice pasture, long ride in a cool trailer down the interstate, feed lot with all the grain you can eat, making me run with a gut full of grain, hearing my friends bellowing as they fall from the man with the power to take life, and then BAM! Dead! Difference, maybe the ride to get there. The pups kicked back in the pail while in the truck and listened to the two individuals argue about who would video tape, who would toss, and whether or not to post on the internet. Ahh, I can hear the sweet sound of white trash debating the finer things in life. Just my thots. Secondly, I really think the girl tossing has remorse for what she has done. The camera person, now that individual is a true coward for hiding behind the camera.

    There's a part of me that feels sorry for her. I mean what in the hell happened to this girl during her life that fucked her up in the head so much, that she would do something like this? The pure joy and excitement she gets from it, as if she were skipping stones across the river on a lazy day is the worst thing about it all. There's nothing that can be done to rehabilitate her, or make her a productive member of society. If you have an animal who is this sick, or rabid, or whatever, you put it down because it's better for them and for those they may hurt later. I really don't see what the difference would be here. :cry:

    So... let me get this straight... You think she may be on government assistance (welfare) because... the government doesn't have a government run spay and neutering program? Wouldn't government run spay and neutering programs for people who cannot afford to spay or neuter their pets be... WELFARE???
    So... NO. I haven't figured it out yet because it is nothing more than complete nonsense and a weak (and failed) attempt to somehow politicize this horrid act. Yeah... the government is filled with monumental fuck-ups that can be legitimately criticised, but, this isn't one of them. You cannot blame President Obama for this, based solely on the fact that you don't like him.
    Back to the drawing board and try to come up with some other ridiculous explanation to blame the government for this girl's actions.

    Added Note: This video comes to us from Croatia. I do not believe U.S. welfare covers poor people in Croatia... based on the fact that the check must be sent to East Bumfucking, CROATIA.
    The girl may (or may not) be apart of a farming family. Explanations can be that they cannot afford to feed the litter and that number of adult dogs. There may not be animal rescue organizations to take in the puppies. They may not be able to afford to euthanize the dogs... drowning them may be as acceptable to them as slaughtering chickens or goats. They may not be able to afford to spay the mother dog.
    It does not detract from the horror of this video (as an American who never lived on a farm)... and I am not rationalizing or attempting to justify this act. I am just passing on information that is available at this time.
