But, what if her family is poor... and lives on a farm... in the middle of East Assfar, Slovenia? Miles away from any veternarian services... and the family dog had a liter of 6. Maybe, they cannot afford to feed 6 more dogs... there aren't many people around willing to take in the pups because they are poor, too. Maybe there are a lot of stray dogs around... carrying diseases... or rabies and adding to the population would be adding to te problem. Maybe... that's just the way they do it on the farm.

This is true. I thought it was pretty obvious that most people were just blowing off some steam regarding the situation.
I think what angers people about this video is not necessarily the killing of the puppies, I agree that this might of been a must as far as the family goes, but the way in which it was done and the pleasure the girl seemed to be taking from doing it. Completely agree (except for when I think about the killing of the puppies, if I dwell on it too much, I can ball my eyes out). I'm not a psychologist, but to me anyone who can enjoy harming an animal that much is a sociopath. It's just sickening.
