Jim Schwartz may be the coach of Detroit, but you could certainly tell today that he isn't actually from Detroit..
If you are going to behave poorly, you gotta at least jaw the mother fucker!! don't just run up and bump into him!!! Make it count!!!None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe that they are free.

in all honesty, i'd be a little pissed if i were schwartz in that situation too. looking at it in slow motion, you can see how someone would take that slap to the back the wrong way. it was almost like he was shoving him out of his way.www.myspace.com0 -

ESPN's Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter tweeted that the 2013 pick can become a first-rounder based on playing time and other incentives.
Palmer had demanded a trade from the Bengals, who refused to budge and told Palmer that retirement was his only alternative to playing in Cincinnati. But with rookie Andy Dalton now entrenched as the Bengals' starting quarterback, general manager Mike Brown apparently is relenting.
Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reports that Brown has a strong working relationship with Raiders coach Hue Jackson, who formerly worked for the Bengals

The Apocalypse is indeed upon us if the Bengals (of all teams) are about to fleece the Raiders in this Palmer deal.
Of course, it is the Raiders.

Horrible trade on the Raiders part, almost can't believe it, they pretty much traded away their future in order to try and get 1 or 2 wins0

So I guess McNabb sufferred a concussion this year? He said he was "surprised that Ponder is starting over him". Only logical explanation for that is that he is concussed. He sucks this year, and for that matter was never that good of a qb. please. for about a 5 or 6 year span he was a good to very good quarterback in this league. top 5 pretty much every year.
he's clearly done at this point though.www.myspace.com0 -
Steelers are my team. Grew up in Pittsburgh. Miss being there all the time.
Packers still look great this year. Seems to be the usual suspects will be in the running. Pats, Pack...etc... I am loving the Lions this year. What a great team they have become. Good for Detroit fans!

He clearly had better year/years with TO. Without a top WR he put up average numbers.Alpine Valley 6/26/98, Alpine Valley 10/8/00, Champaign 4/23/03, Chicago 6/18/03, Alpine Valley 6/21/03, Grand Rapids 10/3/04

i agree with Juggy. McNabb was a good qb for a quite a few years. Maybe it was the system, maybe it's the players around him, but he is washed up now. When your mom can't watch anymore, you know it's time to hang them up.81 is now off the air0 -

I have followed the Eagles for a long time, McNabb was always great, has great abilities, but it seemed that when things go a little wrong, he was not able to recover from it and rally the team. You could see from his body language and facial expression the point in a game when it was lost. I think his attitude/mood just pulled everyone down, sucked all the energy out of the team.0 -

amazing. with a top wideout he put up great numbers.....
even before TO, he was a top 5 qb and won a shit ton of games with absolute garbage to throw to (go back and look at the names of the eagles receivers prior to '04). obviously he had issues in big games (as did/does the coach and defense) but he was most definitely a good quarterback in his prime who rarely turned the ball over, which is what you need to win in this league.www.myspace.com0 -
