damn, Penn State really blew it. but OSU was a better team. if this had been at the HorseShoe, it would not have been close. Penn State defense sucks.
Buckeyes defense and punter kept us in that game. Holding Penn State to only 6 points on those early drives was huge. Huge win but still a long way to go.
yeah. I knew that settling for field goals was going to come back to haunt them.
I know you guys aren't ready to play my Tide yet. but our first "test" won't come until we play LSU.
I hate to admit it but I don't know if anyone is ready for the Tide this year. I'm not fully sold on LSU yet but we'll see.
this year is one of the only times I can remember getting excited when the offense gets the ball.
just hope everyone stays healthy. I am with you on LSU. only reason that I think it might be close is the fact that we are playing in Baton Rouge.

As an Arkansas Razorback fan I'm just looking for improvement from week to week at this point. We have a good recruiting class lined up and maybe we can get Kelly Bryant in December. I like what Chavis is doing on defense even though you can't really judge him for yesterday vs Bama.

Rough year to be a Razorback fan. Give Morris a couple of years and you guys should at least have a good offense.
Could be a very interesting college football playoff this year. Well, the team selections anyhow. The fact that Bama is going to steamroll their opponent kind of is what it is.

Feels like the Top 5 are pretty clear and any of them 'win and in' but I guess we have to see once the actual CFP ranking are released.

Soooo, what you're saying is.....
Yes, if hated squadron at Notre Lame runs the table they are in.
Will make it satisfying to beat you. Hopefully our interim coaching staff leads the way after we fire Clay Helton, T Martin, and Clancy Jokester. John Baxter, too.
I like how OU fires the sole Stoops survivor after that crapshow on Sunday. Shows how high their level of urgency is....and how low the level is at USC right now. Lynn Swan was a great player, but he is the third star player in a row hired as AD to be shit at his job with regard to football. He may be good at raising money (and Hayden was a king at that) but he sucks at making football related decisions.
It's just a matter of who shits the bed. My money would be on Notre Dame.
Well, UGA and Bama are likely to play one another in SEC Championship Game, right? The loser would be better positioned than Notre Dame after losing to USC.

yeah. I wonder where that Wisconsin homer went. he was posting every day on this board when Wisconsin was undefeated.
I think there were two sconnie homers. edbacon and someone else. the someone else was the real kool aid drinker.

If they fire their coaching staff, perhaps. Never know in a rivalry game!
I think we need to focus on trying to beat Colorado tonight . Have never lost to them, something tells me this coaching staff might try to make the first loss tonight! #HowToWasteEliteTalent
For what its worth, I could see ND losing any of their remaining scheduled games this season, though they will be favored in each of them. None of them this season are a walk in the park per se.

Looks like it but they haven't played their toughest opponents yet. Their coaching is great, though, they pound the teams they should pound.
That right there is what makes college football better than all other sports in my opinion. I love Cubs baseball the most (since my childhood) but Saturday's in the fall can be spent 11 a.m. thru 11 p.m. watching any given team mess up anybody's season. Color me a fan of the chaos...and anybody playing Michigan or USC.

For what it's worth, Purdue is a lot better than usual. One of those "better than their record" teams.
