I'm really surprised there aren't more PSU fans where I live. It's like 90 minutes away. But everyone here is either WVU or Maryland, understandably because WVU is an hour away and Maryland is the home state (despite it being the farthest school of the three*). Still, not many PSU fans unless they are Pennsylvanian migrants. (Not that I'm complaining.)
*Pitt is even closer than UMd, but there's a pure hatred for Pitt because of WVU.
indiana looked pretty good against Ohio St. (least in the fist half, )

Special teams was awful and offense is completely one-dimensional without a Heisman candidate RB. Ugh. Thank god for the defense or that game could've been uglier.

How good is your back up QB?
No clue. Cosentino is a redshirt junior who's only played a handful of snaps in his collegiate career. He has a cannon, but virtually no experience. The other two are true freshman.

Well damn. I swear every year something happens to give Clemson a clear path to the playoffs.
just realized the top dog ACC coaches are named dabo and jimbo.
If I had known then what I know now...

Does having the best QB in college football count as something happens? They didn't even have a winning record 2-3 seasons before he came on. People in Clemson give Dabo huge credit for rebuilding and recruiting the team. I think he deserves it. Will be fun to see how they do without Watson this year. Game 1 was a pounding, but waiting for a ranked team at least..

Yes, Dabo is a good recruiter, but all the credit should go to his coordinators. He was pulling in good recruiting classes, but had no clue how to coach them. It will be really interesting to see what happens when/if Venables leaves for a head coaching gig somewhere.

There's a reason why Cosentino isn't starting - he's terrible. Well, I guess I'm just going off of what he did in the Chick Fli A Bowl a couple of years go, but he was pretty bad.
Losing Deandre Johnson and Malik Henry really sucks.

Yeah, the little experience he does have didn't bode well for him. Dude can throw the ball 100 yards in the air but can't hit a target. Will be interesting to see what Blackman can do down the stretch. Guy's a string bean, though.
