Driving, 1998 was bus from NYC to Binghamton, car to Barrie Ontario, to Cleveland, to Pittsburgh, back to Cleveland for show, to Camden n1, back to NYC. I don't know that was some miles.

Plane, not necessarily a big deal, but just bonkers jetlag, Albany to Chicago to Long Beach for Ohana, left at around 6am EST friday the 24th, walked into the venue around 3pm PST, evacuation, then back in, got back to hotel that night at 3am PST and realized I had been awake for 24 hours.  Finished out the weekend and then hopped back on a played on September 30th from Albany to Los Angeles for Ohana Encore.

Flew from San Francisco to Seattle to see them in '96 because the (relatively short) No Code tour didn't have a Bay Area date (though we did get them for two BSB shows that fall, hence my one time hearing "Around The Bend" live).

Though it actually took me longer to drive to Santa Cruz to see them as the Honking Seals in a late '97 warmup gig for their four Rolling Stones show openers - and I had to drive back that night because I had to work early the next morning (I was on a trading desk in those days, not fun working market hours on the west coast).

    Love reading the responses.

Driving: Drove 18 hours from Des Moines to Virginia Beach and back in 2000.

Flying: Flew from Chicago to Dublin to see them in Dublin, Belfast, and London in 2010.

Still keep in touch with a guy from Australia we met in Dublin, then while walking to the show in Belfast, we randomly saw him again.
