Glenn Beck has just been diagnosed with Macular Dystrophy. Could be blind within a year. What's even more disturbing is all the comments under the story. Really shows how negative and hateful democrats/ liberals/progressives can be.

    How do you know all the negative comments were left by democrats/liberals/progressives? I'm sure there are a great many intellegent rebuplicans/conservatives that think he's a giant douche, too.

    i wouldn't wish that on anyone.

    hopefully people will have more compassion for him that he has showed others during his life. you can't blame them if they don't though. he has said some really terrible things.

    shitty for Beck, but really, people go blind or acquire some kind of disability every day. I wish no ill will on the man, but it's no more tragic than any regular person going blind.

    Plus, I thought he was already blind (to the truth!).

    Get real. Maybe there are some conservatives that do not agree with what he sometimes says, but when it comes to pure hatred and ill wishes upon this man it is quite obvious it comes from the left.

    he is going to be fine. the guy is a millionaire that can afford the best doctors, even in other countries. do you think if he can get a treatment that shows promise but is not FDA approved somewhere in Scandinavia or Europe he is not going to do it?
