Registered Members List = # of 10club members

I don't think your theory works. The join date is not the necessarily the date a member joined the 10club, its the date they registered for the message pit.
Its got me as Oct 2003, thats when I re-registered after the website/old board was redesigned after being down for a couple of months. I joined 10club about a decade prior.
