Is there an actual profession recording of this, or do you just want a vcr tape of it. I recorded it back when it was on tv and have the tape if you want a copy.

The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
The completion of my PJ vinyl record collection. I need "Into The Wild," "Lost Dogs," "Riot Act" or "Binaural" on vinyl. I just got engaged and try as I might, I just can't spend $200+ on a vinyl record. Would love to get one!

For what its worth, I've been trying to find a soundboard recording (or good recording without those dudes talking through the whole show) of Rochester '94, Freak Puppet shirt from 94 tour, Buffalo '03 poster, Seattle Seahawks shirt L, or an EV pick......
Thanks in advance to all those making people's dreams come true. Some of the people on this board remind me that the world is not completely filled with a bunch of selfish assholes. Cudos to you guys.....
EDIT: I thought this was a "show off your holy grail thread". I guess I would like to have the poster from my first PJ show (5/28/06) even though it is a pretty plain and ugly one.
Not that I pay an awful lot of attention to collectors items... but this is the first time I've ever heard of this shirt mentioned.
I actually have one up in my closet right now. I hate to get you excited tho... it's not in tip top shape (faded, a couple small holes), and it'd be pretty tough to get me to give it up for sentimental reasons (it was my sister's), but... wow... just thought that was interesting.

I would really love to get my hands on a Chicago 2000 Poster. I know there wasn't an official poster for that show but one released by the artist afterwards??? That was my first show and I would love to have a framed poster to remind me of the day that changed my life...and vacations for the next 10 years.
For me that is easy - Ten Super Deluxe Set - Especially Drop In The Park!!!
I have wanted to use some of the mega early stuff with true from vinyl recording as the audio for a killer video!!!
My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-12
I'm not sure I agree with using "Holy Grail" for this.. but...
I was thinking tickets to a show I don't need anything else... to see PJ again in the front row would be amazing and necessary for my health , to visit with them backstage would be absolutely more than amazing , A PJ doormat would be cool and I would smile at it and enjoy having it - it's not the same as the emotion of a live show...but if I have to list something more tangible than concert tickets... the doormat would be it.
My dream would be front row tickets and/or access to meet PJ band members.
Hmm.. while I'm dreaming, maybe a personal letter from the band asking me for my poems to use as lyrics on a future song.
but would die for an ITW vinyl. I just refuse to pay a flipper. I am stubborn. I would rather receive it from a fan that would love to share it with a fellow fan, used or not.
Sorry guys but FirstExit wants a Hartford 98 poster. It has some serious sentimental value for me.
Why's that? Did you dance in the aisles like Ed told us?
Yeah I danced in the aisles. I danced in the aisles real well. Only thing was that I couldn't see over anyone....
...because I was 7 years old.
Yes I was at the infamous Hartford 1998 show as a 7 year old. Where do I begin this story....
You know how there are certain things in life where you remember where you were, what you were doing, and who you were with when they happened? Well, the first time I heard Given to Fly was in my mom's car because she was listening to the Yield cassette. At that age, no music had really "caught my ear" yet, but holy shit when I heard Given to Fly I remember feeling absolutely incredible listening to it.
After that, I was pretty much all about Pearl Jam, and so was my mom. She took me to the Hartford show in September. Some of you guys will probably question that decision as a parent to take a 7 year old to a 1998 Pearl Jam concert (my dad sure as hell questioned it). Needless to say, the night was incredible. I remember soooo much of that show. I remember choking on tear gas when the Hartford Police Department (whom to this day are still overly aggresive) decided they need to take unnecessary control of the crowd. I remember Faithfull. I remember Tremor Christ. I remember Breath. I remember Porch closing.
For me, this was more than a concert. It was the concert that started it all for me. It made me a musician and it made me a Pearl Jam fan. It drew me closer to my mother, as well. To this day we still talk about that show. As a disguntled 19 year old, of course I always get into fights with my parents, but when I think back to this show it's almost the only thing that cools me down lol. I'm sure there is someone out there who has a better story than I do, but I'd love to have the poster to have a physical reminder of that literally life-changing night.
