    The look of pride on my wife's (she was at the time my gf) face when Eddie spoke to her son after Unthought Known at Perth and flicked him a pick was worth more than any possession, no matter how rare - it was priceless. He was totally blown away. The hi-5s and congratulations Marcus then received from 10 clubbers and other fans as we left the arena, plus from people at the hotel the next day was icing on the cake. Sometimes no item can ever compete with an experience with friends I'd yet to actually meet.

    The only thing I could ever ask for are the couple of picks to complete his set from that memorable night. I hope someone who truly needs/deserves it gets the item because a gift like this from the community could go a long way to turning their life around or restoring their faith in humanity.

    My Holy Grail:

    Boston 2000, Mansfield I and II 20003, Boston II 2006, Mansfield II 2008, and Philly IV 2009

    Why?

    These are all the show my sister has gone to.
    My sister got me into Pearl Jam in 2006, when she took me to my first concert ever, Boston II 2006. It was an unbelievable experience. She has totally changed my life, given me inspiration, and above all else, let me live out my dreams.

    Also, she just graduated from medical school, as a Nurse Practitioner. I never got her a graduation gift. This seems like the perfect one.

    She also just had a baby, my beautiful niece Daisy. She has always said that she wants a couple fun looking Pearl Jam art to put in Daisy's room. Mansfield II would be a great addition. The other posters could be used in their bar area.


    So...if you're feeling generous, maybe you will pick my Holy Grail, really my sisters Holy Grail, as a way to pay homage to an unbelievable person who has changed my life in unbelievable ways.

    Probably not gonna get #2 or #3 in this lifetime (well....it wouldn't be all that shocked to see #2), but I'm hoping to see the two water-related songs someday.

    Unfortunately I don't think this falls under the category of "obtainable by the board". I'm sure the Big Man will get his song dedication, as I truly believe the message of the board is heard by the band, but I don't think this request qualifies.     My Holly Grail would be to have something officially (not ready printed autographs) signed by the band, whatever it is (even though I'd rather have a poster or a vinyl than a postcard). :oops:

    It would even be extraordinary if the band directly dedicated it to me. Something like: "To Hubert from..." (one can dream). :oops: :oops:

    And more: meet them for real and being able to talk to them. :oops: :oops: :oops:

    I wrote it in another thread a while ago,what i want the most is original setlist from my first show,Belfast 2010,plus (everybody can dream :) ) a guitar pick(s) from the same show so i can frame it all together with the poster and a ticket.



    And because i know it will be nearly impossible to get it,i've also a more realistic Holy Grail - The Bridge School 2010 signed by both poster.
