I am still looking for someone from the Chicagoland area (or the north suburbs) who may be interested in splitting the shipping cost on a couple prints.

I'll be glad to choose the frame and matting for you. All the frames on the OP except for Toronto were the matting I recommended, so that gives you an idea of my way of framing. As long as you don't mind the surprise, I'm glad to do it for you.
Which DC are you framing?
If it's the 2003 "Bristow VA" DC poster, then if I mat over a little of the excess background color, then you're within the 19x25 size even though the poster is slightly larger. The 19x25 size is actually what the maximum window opening will be.
