    we had this crazy-ass cab driver in Cleveland. He gave us what he called the "nickel" tour. Drove us by the building they used to film that outside sequence as well as the front of the store where they filmed Ralphie and Randy for a Christmas Story.

    probably he was just full of shit, but it was pretty fun.

    I love that film! TBS would play that film on Christmas Day every year. Repeat after repeat after repeat. Now we don't have TBS The Super Station anymore. It's now the Peach Tree Channel. Now, they don't show any Christmas films last year! :(

    Agreed. I'm glad they didn't play it at the 3 shows I went to. It's a beautiful song, but not right for a concert (except a solo EV show).

    That's too bad!!! I love the "A Christmas Story" marathon. We just leave it on, hour after hour, all Christmas morning.
