    Yeah, Rosenthal is saying now that the deal isn't in jeopardy but there are some issues to work through.

    It will be interesting to see how this turns out. Pretty crowded LA outfield. Maybe I'll do some research on how various "Super Teams" have fared. My hunch is "not well" historically. My gut tells me LA doesn't disprove that trend (if it is, indeed, a trend).

    ya ... if you believe the rumours ... struck out on upton, greinke, hamilton and shields ... this is the thing with mlb ... if you don't want to overpay - you can be sure someone does ... i think if teams wait for the dust to settle - there should be decent FA at more reasonable dollars ...
