    I think it was known that he was sick. I thought he was much older though. Because I've heard that he didn't have that much time

    yeah that was a little disappointing...just glad that they are back to 50/50 at least. I'm seeing rumors of them trying to pick up Trevor Bauer.

    I hope not....but would love to see them spend on someone.  Gray back would be great.  They have so much cheap talent they should be able to pay for 2 reliable arms to go with all of their young guys who seem to get hurt.

    Without the steroids that he blamed on his father (real douche move), he'd have been a low-level 5th starter, probably sub .500 record and ERA around 5.50 or so.
    At least with steroid users like Clemens, ARod, Bonds, Griffey Jr. and Manny they would have still been dominant players without the juice. Pettitte falls into the Brady Anderson category, would have been an afterthought of a career without PEDs.

    It was Hgh. And I don't think he used it all his career. I believe it was to get back from an injury quicker
