    Again, that wouldn't allow him to enter the HOF.

    Rose is on a list that he can't be eligible for the baseball HOF ballot.  Pardoning him from anything would not change that.

    You’re right. Trump is too dumb to know that. He probably also thinks he can magically get Pete into the HOF.
