The way the Dodgers set that record for futility was absolutely amazing.
Lance Lynn is a complete disgrace.
"Oh that's not a home run? Here, hit this." - Lance Lynn

I was wondering if he was related to Fred Lynn (he is not).

according to Wikipedia he grew up in Indianapolis and was a Yankees fan. Where's that sports fraud thread? Pearl-Jam-Smileys

Should he have been a fan of the MLB team in Indy?

I'd like to see all four Division Series go five games. Only time that occurred was 2012 with Orioles-Yankees, A's-Tigers, Giants-Reds and Cardinals-Nationals
    Not even one.
    This weekend we rock Portland

and the only higher seed to win was Houston. Perhaps Houston can give a seminar to the Braves and Dodgers about playing well in the regular season and the playoffs..

Hate all teams. If I had to root for one it would be the Phillies. I would have gone for Bochy. But that creed article dissuaded me

Because the series' did not go longer?

I think they are great.  So pissed my Redlegs couldn't make it.  You can see what getting hot can do.

We've seen some historical Homer action, which has been fun.  Only one favorite won in the LDS

First time a guy hits multiple Homers in b2b playoff games.
First time on record a phillie hits a Homer on 100 mph pitch.

I don't think a person should pick a team based on proximity if they are not actually in that city/area that has a team.

Yes, a big reason is the serieseses didnt go longer.  Lots of 1 sided and uninteresting games.  Little drama.  Boring teams and franchises have made it through.

    Red Sox
    Yankees
    Cub
    Cardinals
    Mets
    Dodgers

Those would be boring.  F them.  Astros are same old but the other team's are exciting.

you’re talking boring, due to “we’ve seen too much of them.” I’m talking boring due to lack of personality. IMO, Mets and Cubs might have some personality….fuck them, nonetheless.

also, fuck these FOX “personalities” - a-fraud, sloppi and verducci.

Why don't they have any female umpires? (unless I missed it - but pretty sure I didn't)

I'm pretty sure they'd be better than most of the ones they have now.
