Joining in 1998 would give someone a number around 160xxx or so.

Someone else in this thread posted the seats they got with that number range.

The OP obviously lapsed at some point. If he would just post his number here; we could help him understand that....or maybe not. IDK.

150,000 and I've been all over!
    STL 2010 - 9th row Mike
    KC 2010 - 5th row Stone
CHI 2009 - 5 rows from the hockey boards Stone
    DC 2008 - same as CHI 09'
    STL 2004 - 12 row Mike
    Champaign 03' - 10th center
    STL 03' - 9th row Mike
    KC 03' - 1st row Mike
    STL 00' - 1st row Mike
    STL 98' - 8th row Mike

pretty consistent even with all the variations in tix rules over the years. OP should be happy to be there damn near center to the sound.

Yeah, I think there is more to this story. No way he got those seats with a 10C number from '98.

the OP has 2 posts since 2007 also so what does that say about their conviction to maintain any sort of status. my friend got knocked back a few rows in columbus but nothing too crazy.

They do happen. I have 164xxx and all of the 164's ended up in the final row of the amphitheater in Camden '08. One row from the lawn.

  • you have tickets and should be happy about that. 10c gives you an opportunity to buy tickets before the general public. they try to get the best seats in the venue. be thankful that you have tickets and are given the opportunity to not have to deal with ticketbastard. you don't liek your seats, nobody with a worse 10c number than you is sad to see you go. enjoy tm

Just picked up my ten club tickets for the Cleveland show tonight. After waiting 2 months to find out where I would be sitting and found out I'm in section 4 row DD. This is a joke,I was one of the first to purchase my set of tickets in the pre-sale. I just found out my buddy who purchased his tickets thru ticketmaster a full month after the pre-sale has the same seats as I do. I have been a member since 1998 and I still can't get good seats. I will not be renewing my club membership when it comes due. I will just take my chances with ticketmaster or find a good ticket broker for my next ticket purchase. Does any one else fell shafted by this program or what?

If you joined in 2003, you number is higher than that. Maybe in 1998 you would have gotten that number. If joined 2003 you are around 300xxx -325xxx.

I know when I joined and I know it was well before you, years before you in fact, and my number is higher than that.

Do you think it's possible they've recycled numbers and really are going by join date? I spoke with a guy at Columbus joined last year(?) And claimed he had a fairly low number. Somewhere in the mid 200's?

more people are travelling to shows this time around because of the limited number of shows, i'm sure alot of pittsburgh members are going (reluctantly) to the cleaveland show, plus, you never know what seats they get to sell through 10c presales...i doubt that they get every floor seat, TM must keep some, or the venue might limit the locations. you never know what the member numbers of the people in front of you are...at philly last year i went to all 4 shows, my number is in th 400,xxx's and my seats got worse for every show. on the first night i was on the floor in the 28th row, and by halloween i was 2/3 of the way back and 1/2 the way up in the second level

    Case dismissed!! haha

I'm glad memberships never used to lapse. A few years there I was lazy in re-joining.

I guess with the sheer number of new members they needed to bring it in.

'94 couldn't have given you a 180xxx.. I'm sure I joined around '96 and have 150xxx, unless of course they recycled numbers. Anyway I recently asked 10club when I joined and they couldn't tell me due to database changes over the years.

I guess the part where the OP thought that hitting "buy" before everyone else put him at the front of the line should have been a clue.

I also have a number in the 400,000s, and I'd be psyched to have those seats.

    right next to the soundboard!?

you're complaining about getting center stage seats with the best acoustics in the venue?

Is sitting 10 feet closer really going to make Eddie fall in love with you?

I joined in 2008 and got Boston tickets through 10C. I fully expect to be sitting in the rafters, possibly hanging off one of the Bruins championship banners from the last century.

Bought my Mansfield tickets in 2008 from Mr. Sticket and were were wayyyyy back in the seats, close to the lawn. Still had a great time, but the band was very tiny from that distance. Or maybe they're all just 3 feet tall, I don't know...

Just happy to be in the building...

u know....I wasnt looking forward to my seat in St. Louis because I got TM seats and knew that I could be sitting in seats much closer.....but I still had a good time because I could hear the music just as well from where i was sitting as if i was further up. I didn't get the lottery nor did I sit where i thought i would be sitting in noblesville or columbus. But I still got to go to four shows. Got fairly good seats for three of them. and had one hell of a time and an experience that I will never forget.....THANK YOU TEN CLUB!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
