ten club tickets are a joke

Just picked up my ten club tickets for the Cleveland show tonight. After waiting 2 months to find out where I would be sitting and found out I'm in section 4 row DD. This is a joke,I was one of the first to purchase my set of tickets in the pre-sale. I just found out my buddy who purchased his tickets thru ticketmaster a full month after the pre-sale has the same seats as I do. I have been a member since 1998 and I still can't get good seats. I will not be renewing my club membership when it comes due. I will just take my chances with ticketmaster or find a good ticket broker for my next ticket purchase. Does any one else fell shafted by this program or what?

    What's your member # ? By the way no one who bought seats from ticketmaster got floor seats.

    After looking at the map of the arena those seats don't look too bad. I'd be happy with them.

    Its based on seniority, doesn't matter whether you were the first to buy tickets through the pre-sale or not.

    People need to realize that with the shorter tours there are more members at shows so your seats won't be what they once were

    im in row s section 4
    im pretty happy with that
    so something not jiving with his data

    I am still very new to the 10c, so I'm still not 100% sure I totally understand how everything works. My question is how does a membership lapse? I was under the impression that as long as you renew your membership by the deadline, you are totally good to go. Am I missing something?

    sounds like you get it perfectly fine. if you renew your membership you are good. if you don't, your membership "lapses".

    if you dont renew by your date they give you a 30 or 60 day grace period. if still no renewal your number is lost and you would have to rejoin and get the current number they're up to
