    Dude you are not Alone...same thing happend to me..Saw an add on Craigslist for 2tkts loge 77 row c $110 a tkt, too good to be true but i said wtf, met his messenger in a Starbucks and he told me he worked for Universal records, he had credentials and all this other crap and I was totally sold....found out this week tkts were no good, totally bummed out, Had to refund money to a girl who bought the other tkt from me .....but I managed to get into fridays show anyway, sat in bogus seats until Breath was over with. Then the real tkt holders showed up, I told this guy I bought a bad tkt and had no problem finding another seat, this guy just then reaches into his suit and pulls out another tkt and says here I have an extra one but its in a different section...I couldnt believe it.....I said " your the the man and thank you!! ....I turned away and went to find my new seat......Loge 75.. f*kn upgrade ! That Guy was Joe Buck.... I hope you had that same luck....

    Similar thing happened to a couple in Hartford. This poor guy wanted to surprise his wife with good tickets. He answered a Craigslist ad and got burnt. They did find legit tickets later on though.

    Sadly there are Craigslist scammers in every city.
    There is one operating here in Toronto...claims to have floor tix...usually for GA shows, but not always.
    He goes by the name Ryan. I can't remember the details of his scam.
    I've never been taken in by the guy. I've been VERY lucky that anything I've bought on craigslist has been legit. Of course I don't pay over face value. I only did once for the Body of War screening at the Toronto Film Festival where Ed played those 2 songs live. I only paid MAYBE $20 over face.

    So -- I am the guy who started this post and was planning on seeing PJ in Ireland. I have gen admin tix to the show in Dublin and phenomenal seats in Belfast as well as a set of gen admin tix for Belfast. I booked this entire trip (FIRST CLASS) to leave June 17th and return June 26th from JFK to Ireland. It looks like I may not be able to go but I can transfer the entire trip to someone.
