    I received a reply to my response to the scam Craigslist ad, as follows. I'm seriously inclined to try to find someone in the Manhattan DA's office or MSG to try to get this asshole arrested:

    Don't know how you scored VIP passes, don't really are - Mother's Day is Sunday and my wife is a HUGE Pearl Jam fan. If you still have any passes, can we meet up ASAP? I just need time to stop by an ATM - I work downtown Manhattan.

    You might want to call that "shame... shame... shaaaaaame... on you!" news channel, and setup a sting to expose this guy. OR - maybe you could contact Ten Club and see if they want to pursue this with their own means.

    BTW - when you google "mrkbrwnn" it pulls up a MySpace for "Mark Brown" in Baltimore, and has a flikr account... possibly photos the same Mark Brown?

    That is the dude with his messenger Dave. I want to kick Dave's ass and get my money back. I tried contacting sgain to sting him as someone else and he has not responded to me.. did u set up a meet? I am interested.

    I would really appreciate the sting setup and I will certainly arrange police presence. I would not "kick" any ass as I agree on legal ramifications. Though it would feel good to get a punch in on this dick.

    ok, i know someone that was taken for some $ by these guys a few days ago as well. So i set up a fake email and got him to respond. Same story, industry tickets, he's in LA but his pal Dave is at Universal in nyc and can meet you. Says tickets are Sec 3 Row C seats 7 & 8. He just got back to me a few minutes ago with his phone number and wants me to call and set up a meeting with his guy Dave. I'm not in nyc but one of you guys that are should call James and say you are me(fake name i use is xxxxxxxxx) and set this up and taker him down.
    His name is Xxxxxxxxxx # . His budddy goes by Xxxxxxxxx and his # .

    I'm happy to help anyway i can, or if we need to discuss on the phone i'm game.

    That's DEFINITELY THEM. That's his Cell Phone. I can definitely set this up. Private Message me your phone number as I want all the info you gave him so when I call from a different number, I can set up the meet. I am going to stop at the police station and see if they are willing to do a sting.
