Definitely check out Acoustic Citsouca, Sweetbees and Celebracion de la Ciudad Natale. All great stuff right there.
Come Closer off of Sweetbees is real high up on my list of MMJ songs and Celebracion de la Ciudad sounds awesome. Badass version of Dondante on that one.

Sweatbees ep
I don't think Johnny Abruzzo should buy Sweatbees unless he plans to be an MMJ completist. He can get all those songs by buying these essential releases:
At Dawn
Chocolate and Ice
My Morning Jacket/Songs:Ohia split
You see me empty, Sir, do not pause and inquire, simply assume and refill.

I guess I should clarify what I meant. I meant "completist" in terms of having to have every single release by the band even if it means getting songs that you already have on other releases.
As Johnny Abruzzo is obviously going to get At Dawn, the only songs on Sweatbees that he would need are to be found on the MMJ/Songs:Ohia split and the Chocolate and Ice EP. I would recommend that he get those instead of Sweatbees if he cares about getting all the songs rather than having every single CD/record that MMJ has ever released.

Looks like they are in a rain delay right now, but should be ready to roll when Louisville's hometown heroes take the stage in a few hours.

The band also did a soundcheck party for Roll Call members Saturday morning before the festival. A storm delayed it until too close to opening, and made it impossible for them to play the soundcheck on the main stage, so when there was a break in the rain, they came to us (where we were sheltered under the highway overpass) and played an acoustic, unamplified four-song set for a crowd of maybe 200 people. Simply amazing.

Tonight I want to Celebrate with You (Jim on Omnichord)

Old September Blues (Jim on guitar)
Wonderful (Jim on guitar)
On "Wonderful," pretty much everyone assembled made it a sing-along, but since no one wanted it to be hard to hear Jim's vocals, it was kind of quiet and haunting, but celebratory at the same time. It was definitely a goosebumps moment for me.
In addition to this and the main set, MMJ was all over the festival (since they co-curated it). Jim did a song with Preservation Hall Jazz Band on Saturday afternoon, then PHJB and MMJ did a separately-ticketed late-night show on the Belle of Louisville steamboat (I didn't go to that; it was set to start at 1am). On Sunday, I saw some of the guys side-stage watching Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires; Jim and Carl (along with Daniel Martin Moore, Abigail Washburn and others) joined local-boy celloist/vocalist Ben Sollee during his set on one of the smallest stages of the festival; and Jim got on stage with Floating Action, the last of the small-stage acts of the festival (this, I missed; after the sheer joy of the Sollee show, I called it a weekend and headed home).
