Super mellow set last night. At Dawn, Bermuda, I Will Be There, Nashville to Kentucky, Golden, The Bear to start is pretty sweet. Can't wait to see the next 3.
Seeing them Friday, very excited. Question though -- is anyone else a little surprised that they're only playing 18-20 songs? Last two times I saw them they played 26 and 28 songs. They're a band that I always considered to put on a 2.5 hour show.
Saw them 4 times on this tour and every show was 2.5 hours or more.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

I have two chances now and probably a 66.6% chance at it because you know it has to be played during this Beacon set. Luckily I've seen all the rarities played last night already besides Picture of You, which is good but not a favorite of mine.
Oh and I'm definitely getting the bootleg for last night, which hasn't been announcement but I'd be surprised if they're not coming, especially with this start.

So my seat is by mmj's mixer and I was just shooting the shit and I go will these shows be released as a box set at some point and the beacon theater lighting guy goes, you know you just asked the mmj's official mixer that question, so I go hey why not have a pair of balls and the main guy who would know. Lighting guy just rolled his eyes and shut up. So the mmj mixer said we record every show but don't release them based on how the band feels bout the show, but he's like a some point we may do a best of or box set just cause these shows are so special and mmj probably won't play the beacon theater. He also said the bands goal is to get back to play msg
