Yeah, I've been waking up around 4am the last few nights having to take a wizz.
Drives me nuts!
Takes me a while to get back to sleep JUST in time for my alarm to go off... :evil:
Oh, so I got a new app on my phone. It's called "Gentle Alarm", and it's amazing!!
You set the alarm like you would any other alarm. When it goes off it is almost inaudible. It slowly gets louder and louder until you notice it and wake up.
It's incredible! Rather than scaring yourself awake, it slowly pulls you out of your deep "REM" sleep. Mornings are a LOT easier! Or I should say "waking up is much less painful".
