Last year I went online to buy tickets to the Toronto show and I was having major problems with the new website changeover not recognizing me. I called 10C, someone answered the phone right away and stayed on the line until it was resolved ten minutes later. She was so nice and was surprised by my patience. I was able to get tickets once the problem was fixed.
3 Shows later I won the lottery so the 10C will forever be dear to me. I like to think I brought myself some good PJ Karma for not freaking out over my earlier problem. I am sure they get shit on all the time when things like that happen.
Thanks 10C!
Oh yah and the fact that they'd roll up and mail out all those posters so we don't have the hassle of dealing with them at the shows is incredible.0 -
Well, I don't get the best seats, but not the worse either. I have gotten better seats without the Ten Club. I do stay in the Club for the Deep mag and the Christmas single, plus I do know that I will end up in the middle of any arena about half way up and half way back. I also get to come here.
So. for 20 bucks, not bad.
Oh and my number is 328xxx. I have always been seated in the middle half way up, no matter what venue.Post edited by Heatherj43 onSave room for dessert!0 -
I have never been shut out from a ticket sale yet
Bostons, Phillys, Cleveland, Toronto , Tampa, Buffalo, Columbus, Noblesville
I have a relatively high #, but have had some great seats overall.
Never had a problem with an order - always got what I expected.
Good singles, nice deep magazines.
I am happy.0 -
I first saw them after a 10yr relationship break up, thought it would be good to fly to New Orleans tosee them on my birthday. they rescheduled that date due to sickness and I ended up flying down again to see them at tad gormley (both trips by myself, never been to new o at all) with general admission. back in the mail in, get your tickets in the mail days. general admission in august in new orleans was something to remember. I made it through the Ramones and half way thru intermission and I couldn't take the heat, my glasses fogged and I moved back about 100 ft. it was all great experience.
Over the years I've had really good seats, 1st 20 rows, main floor, except one where smaller venue, on the side but a great view over the mainfloor crowd. I've gotten to take my mom (about 60 then) we had like 5th row center, by brother then his wife to the 2nd show in chicago. I saw a lady with a pass around her neck, our eyes met, I asked her how did you get that pass, she said I'm eddies mom. I said no way, yes I am, I congratulated her and shook her hand. later on I ran over when it was appropriate and got her autograph on my ticket. that was pretty cool.
in chicago we waited behind the united center, just trying to see what we could see, and I'm pretty sure the band came out in a big passenger van with privacy windows and saw the few of us hanging out. if just for a second, it was something, they saw me waving or whatever, their fans, like they used to do.
I love the singles, I used to spin elvis, fleetwood mac, bob dylan, debbie boon, queen and many other vinyls as a youngster whilest singing into a pretend microphone atop my bed.
In the earlier, mail order days, I ordered something and they usually made you put an alternate choice and I did but it was a different cost, so they sent me a refund check, handwritten with ten club in the upper corner for like $6.83, I never cashed it, it goes into my PJ valuable things archive.
and finally, a thank you note I wrote with no return address, just a simple sentence to describe PJ and their music in my life shortly after a show I was still feeling refreshed, revived etc. I could live without it if I had never known, but knowing it, makes my life better. made it to the letters section of deep.
I got shut out of eds tour when he came to chicago, and I missed the house of blues with robert plant cause I didn't check the website soon enough. I'm not bitter, wasn't meant to be.
PJ and the ten club are great and I try to be a great fan.Amy The Great #74594

Back on the avocado tour, when pj came to NY to do David Letterman, they played a special show/mini concert after the Letterman taping. This show was fanclub only. Besides being fanclub only, it was also free. So if you were lucky enough to make the transaction with their website, (you had to enter your credit card number in and they charged you $0.00), you saw pearl jam in the ed sullivan theater. I was one of the lucky ones who saw them in a place that maybe holds 200-300 people max......for free.
This band rules. Member since 98, been shut out of a few shows, (but who hasnt? People act like they're the only ones in the world who like this fucking band) and always found a way to go. Thank you tenclub for everything. Fuck the whiners and bitches.0 -
I've been a member for 16 years, and I consider my low member# one of my most valued intangible assets.
They didn't play L.A. until 4 years after I joined, but I got 5th row floor seats (1998). I've been front row 3 times, and never worse then 5th row the rest of the time.
I am always entertained by the ideas/opinions I read in these forums.0 -
Personally, I've really gotta thank the 10C!!
Everything I ordered since joining the fan club in November has come on time, I got my Deep, and most importantly I feel lucky to have gotten through for not one but both MSG shows, which will be my very first PJ shows of what I know will be many to come!!!
So thanks, 10C, and see you at the Garden!!"Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."

I've only got shut out of tickets once (MSG 2 this year) but have gotten them like 15 times so I can't complain. Nowadays, I think I just stay in the fanclub so I could eventually take my membership number to the grave with me...but I don't get excited over the newsletter or christmas single like I used to.2000: Camden 1, 2003: Philly, State College, Camden 1, MSG 2, Hershey, 2004: Reading, 2005: Philly, 2006: Camden 1, 2, East Rutherford 1, 2007: Lollapalooza, 2008: Camden 1, Washington D.C., MSG 1, 2, 2009: Philly 1, 2, 3, 4, 2010: Bristol, MSG 2, 2011: PJ20 1, 2, 2012: Made In America, 2013: Brooklyn 2, Philly 2, 2014: Denver, 2015: Global Citizen Festival, 2016: Philly 2, Fenway 1, 2018: Fenway 1, 2, 2021: Sea. I have a pretty high number but when ev played at the tower 10c set me up with tenth row. It was unbelievable! I got tickets for last night at the spectrum thanks to the 10c and now MSG II ! ! ! Some of the greatest nights of my life have been compliments of the 10 club. Long live pearl jam. Their music has been inspirational to me since I was a child, and thank you 10 club for setting us up with tix !0
-
I've had success getting tix from 10C and my most precious memories because of 10C.
It is a way generous fan club, helping with hotels and parking plans to make our times spent with PJ better and go more smoothly.
They look our for us. Thats really nice. A good example is the recent TM presale for those who had trouble with MSG. That's taking care of us.
Also I appreciate the community and finding others who feel like I do about Pearl Jam, that has made my life happier. The loving positive people here have been an inspiration. I learn from them and admire their thoughts and words.
It's this sharing that makes 10C special and I very much appreciate it all.0 -
This is my third time ordering tickets thru 10c.
Each time I’ve had no problem. All shows in VA/DC area. So not a super high demand.
There have been glitches but nothing so bad as not being able to get tickets.
94 10c even offered to send me a limo. I’m disabled. Wasn’t able to go. Parents said no. So by the time I joined the club again in 06 I’ve tried to cash in that rain check on the limo, and have done some embarrassing things. Aahh, the embarrassing things I’ve gone thru in the name of pearl jam.
In 08 10c finally hooked me up with front row!
So from there on out, no more desperate escapades. I’m chilling!
Thank you ten club!
each tour 10c gets better with their ticket selling.

wow! letterman show was free. i didn't know that. pretty cool.Post edited by blondieblue227 on*~Pearl Jam will be blasted from speakers until morale improves~*0 -
Excellent since 1996Hail To the Victors
I refer to those in front...0 -
I got 3 of 4 at the Spectrum through the 10c. The night I missed I was able to snag from TM and I have to say they were the best 4 shows and I feel fortunate that I live in Philly to see the boys 4 times and that the 10c arranged tickets and great seats for their fans. Keep it coming.
On a seperate note, Cole Hamels scares me.... 7-5 Yanks...0 -
Got to see ev at the wiltern, about 10 rows back. My brother and I had better seats than the incubus boys and Phil Jackson. Won the lottery at the last LA show last year, 5 rows from stage, right down the middle.0
