Where is everyone staying? I want to be walking distance to the show, so what are some good hotels for the price?
There are several hotels in downtown KC that will be within walking distance, but none are cheap. I'd try the Crown Plaza for rates around $120 a night or so. The Sprint Center is right across the street from the Power & LIght district, KC's downtown entertainment district, so there are lots of places to eat and drink before and after the show.
I am so excited that I don't have to travel to see PJ this year, but I will be trying for MSG tickets as well tomorrow!

Even if there aren't enough takers for the 10C tickets, it's going to sell out. People still talk of the '03 KC show in the rain.
I don't know, but I heard the economy isn't that great right now (people might be making that up), so a Monday night show might not be the best time for a lot of out-of-towners to get away. And for any West Coast people wanting to get tickets, as much as I think KC is a great town, if I want to make a weekend out of it, I'd try for something on the East Coast where there's a little more to do during the day.
If a number in 180s gets you in Ed's lap, my 5-digit number ought to put me in the dressing room!

Never been front row before. Closest was 7th row in Dallas in '03. That was the last time I saw them. Hoping to get at least the first three rows for this one.
I keep getting kicked off. I have no idea if my order went through or not. When I tried again it said I could only order one pair so I guess that is a good sign. But I hope there is not another step I need to go through. But it won't let me look.
Did you get your confirm email yet?
I got timed out once, but was able to complete the purchase. First PJ show since Lolla 07! Woohoo!
I never got a confirmation email, but I emailed 10c and they responded right away and said as long as it was in my order history I was o.k.

Scored Mine!! It's been 10 years since a KC show for me (hit Council Bluffs and St Louis since then) and I was pretty pleased with the seats back in 2000, so let's see where I land in 2010!!

Jack, I LOVED the '03 KC show in the middle of a thunderstorm! It was great!
I hope to be up front with my number in the 180s, but if you get in the dressing room (or on Ed's lap), will you take me with you?

What a show. I can't imagine that not being mentioned on May 3. I still remember the band applauding us after Baba ended and seeming really touched that 20,000 stuck it out despite the weather.
I would imagine security wouldn't let me bring everyone, or I would. PJ fans are good people.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and bought KC. I was at the last KC show during the pouring down rain, and the lightning that struck the moment Ed sang the "Oh Dear Dad..." line and then he looked up and said "Hi Dad" I don't want to sound corny, but that was a magical moment. But as awesome as that show was, it will be nice to not have to worry about the rain this time, being indoors. Although, I prefer the sound of an outdoor show.
Got mine too... I'll be in downtown KC this weekend to watch the Jayhawks in the tourney with my brother, so I'll be scouting out hotels and places to eat / drink in the P&L while I'm there. Should be a great time.

I know reserved seating for 10c members goes in order of 10c seniority, so my question is this: I've been a member for less than a year. What are my chances of getting killer seats in KC? I already bought the tickets, just curious about how good the seating will be since I've never done this before.

I wish I didn't live 6 1/2 hours away...and it wasn't on a Monday. Makes it hard for a guy to go. I haven't seen them since they played with Tom Petty in St. Paul back in 2006. That was basically half a PJ show and then Tom nearly put me to sleep afterward.

Can't believe these are still on sale! Hope this goes this way for NYC, but I'm doubting it severely.
Good luck with that...
