    i would guess "the fixer" and another full band song. Probably "got some" or "unthought known".

    it seems like "just breathe" would be better with just ed. and i would think that they would want to play a song the whole band would play.

    unless they get a 3rd song during the end credits as U2 and a few others have done. that would be a 2nd full band song.

    And Matt Damon would be a sweet host. he hosted once before and was hilarious. Bruce Springsteen was the music Guest.

    Wow, this is great news. I've been a member of the fan club for awhile but never started following this site and the boards until last summer and wow it feels so good to have some news about PJ. I've been checking the site daily for news about the philly boots of course but this is good news. Does the band realize their crazy fans such as I can't get enough of them?

    I still hate Backspacer but they're running with it and good for them. I hated back when I'd try to explain how good Binarual is to someone who thought Pearl Jam had broken up 5 years prior to it.

    a. I think Johnny Guitar would be kind of a mess to people who havent heard it before. I love the song, but just like Got Some on Conan, it might not be the best choice for national TV.

    b. Gonna See My Friend might seriously injur some viewers due to its sheer awesomeness.

    Speed of Sound doesnt get any love from fans or the band, but I love it. I think it will be Just Breathe and, unfortunately, Unthought Known. I dont understand the love for Unthought Known. it is beyond cheesy.
