really? in what way? the gop strategy of "NO NO NO NO!!!" is gonna pay off?? its kinda funny how you and your ilk get pleasure out of that strategy and then you complain when nothing gets done.... don't think the average voter is going to choose your side when it is obvious to everyone that your side is doing nothing but being obstructionists.

With all due respect, The republican party being called the party of NO is wearing thin. Obama said himself, he is open to ideas that might help his agendas. He is not actualy open to new ideas. He makes it sound like it is his way or no way, there fore, republicans do not cooperate.

with all due respect, prove me wrong. please do. show me one republican who has voted for anything on obama's agenda, other than olympia snowe, who then voted against the same thing. party of no? the nickname sticks until your side proves otherwise...

and what has it accomplished?? nothing....so keep talkin and patting yourself on the back for accomplishing the same thing as obama and congress, NOTHING...

A lot more than you think.

Has there been anything on Obama's agenda that would be for the best interest for Americans?

Well, on another note, what has he needed the republican party for? Didn't the democrats have supermajority and they still couldn't pass any of Obamas Bills. Well, except for bills that spend alot of money. Stimulus/Slush funds.

    health care
    jobs bill
    cash for clunkers
he bailed out the banks instead of letting the entire financial system collapse...what would you be saying if he had let that happen??

im pretty sure he is looking out for the interests of most americans....but with one party refusing to participate nothing is gonna change...

    point #1
point #2 again as discussed months ago, you do not know what a slush fund is...
point #3 are you actually admitting that the governmant might have done something right?? if so, stop the press...
point #4 either that or let the financial sustem collapse. we know you would have done things differently, you would have let the banks fail and then and you probably would have been assassinated instead of being just a one term president. at least obama is doing what he thinks needs to be done..

The thing is... the Tea Party doesn't know the difference between socialism, communism and facism. They will be easily swayed by the Republicans. (Proof: Sarah Palin).

anybody who talks at a 5th grade level and calls obama a bunch of names and basically just complains and offers no solutions will sway them...ie sarah palin, michael steele, newt gingrich, etc....once they let these assholes in there their movement is already tainted...

All the Republican Candidate needs to do is say, "I am an 'Independent'", and the Tea Partiers will accept them. They can win the election and carry the Republican party line and vote the Republican bloc. The Tea Partiers will not hold them responsible because they will never see the scam. All they will see is they got 'One of theirs' in. It will not surprize me when Sarah Palin does this to them.

exactly when did the people i mentioned become one of them?? if i was the tea party i would come up with my own candidates from within and not use "rebranded" or recycled republicans...as if the people that have been voting against these clowns are going to suddenly change their minds and say "well i guess he is on my side now, i'm gonna vote for him.."

with my comment I was assuming that the tea party would try to run a 3rd candidate and that is assuming that do not get swallowed up by the Republicans

or should I say conservatives, we can not forget the NeoCons as long as Cheney is still alive

    haha, padawan...lol....

no i have a brain, so that explains why i am not a tea partier...anyone that tries to speak down to me with such a simplistic tone and tries to sound "folksy" actually insults my intelligence and i autmatically tune them out...i live in the real world and i know what would happen if we all did not pay taxes because "we are taxed enough already"....and i voted against these same clowns before, so why would them changing their position just a hair more to the right make me want to vote for them this time around???

You give her too much credit. As a member of Campaign for Liberty and an avid Ron Paul supporter I can say most people who are active aren't buying into the Sarah Palin BS. We know she is only out for herself. Although it would be nice to just tell her to F OFF her presence will bring people on board whom never have heard of Ron Paul and the Liberty movement.

Don't buy into what the MSM is trying to sell.

In theory the differences between a libertarian and a liberal are vast. However a large number of people that would put either of these labels upon themselves in these times wouldn't mind if Ron Paul were president. I may not agree with some aspects of the Tea Party movement but at least it supposedly stands for principles instead of the promotion of a team that does nothing for them. That is something we need a lot more of if this country is to get out of this rut of poltical nonsense.
