    Appeals court threw out Bonds conviction for obstruction. They knew this would happen as no one had ever been convicted of obstruction before at the federal level without an underlying crime such as perjury or evidence tampering to go with it. So the only proof he did steroids is for the one anonymous test which he says was only do to taking that stuff for a short period. Now put him in the damn hall!

    I thought you were too busy making love to your new wife the astros to notice. We never see you anymore. After that horrific start they are getting close to .500 and have kept the Dodgers from putting too big a lead. Pence is coming back soon and Cain will be back not to long after that.

    Back to .500. Not bad to be at 13-13 after the 4-10 start. How about the resurgence of Pagan? To me that has been the catalyst to the improvement. Posey is hitting with multiple people on base again. Once Pence comes back this might actually be a decent offense.

    I worry that we make Bummy pitch on the razor's edge in order to get a win....like koufax when the d*dgers had no offense....make's me wonder about cain....he would lose 2-1 and we'd say "he got cained"....whereas bummy might win 1-0.

    I just read a SF Chron article that said the Sox are pretty happy so far with their pudgy acquisition....ours sucks.

    I was reading last week they want Daniel Murphy from Mets and will dump McGehee. They like Duffy as a utility role guy. Once the Mets face of the franchise comes back they have too many infielders and have to dump one.
