    So we got our Hunter Pence bobbleheads last night. Came with a postcard:
    Thanks, Phillies fans, for the great memories. I'm glad my Bobble Figurine will still be given out even though I'm no longer in Philadelphia. I hope it will serve as a lasting reminder of my time there. It was a year of my career that I will never forget.

    Definitely a sign of a bad season. :roll:

    at the last minute, the giants were able to change their order for 20,000 melky giveaway t-shirts to angel pagan. angel fucking pagan :lol: . who would have ever thought he'd get a giveaway? :lol:

    the sweep showed what we all know.....if they pitch up to capability, the giants can beat anyone. that said, after being heartbroken my whole life (except for 2010 :mrgreen: ) it was a shocker. going in, I was thinking one win would only drop us one more game back.....two would give us a slim lead.....the eternal pessimist in me was dreading a possible sweep the other way.

    keep surprising me, boys! maybe it's a good thing we finish the season DOWN THERE :shh:

    You know you're a real Giants fan when you have NO expectation of a sweep. My husband and I said last night, we would have settled for one, two would have been a gift. We just didn't want to lose all three.

    You're right, the heartbreak is always there. So when something good happens, it's really special. (Although I still think someone will find a way to take away 2010. Or maybe that was just a dream.)
