    it wasn't easy, but I found the thread :lol:

    I was fortunate to have stuff going on and not see one pitch of last night's debacle. when I turned it on in my truck, the score was 7-1. I was pretty sure my die hard wife might still be watching when I got home, but even she had the good sense to turn it off. :lol:

    zito in an elimination game....god save us.

    We visited friend in the S.F. today and watched the planes pulling signs through the air and three dirigibles flying over the ball park. A "three blimp day". :lol:

    I actually missed all of last night's game :shock:

    went to see Ian Anderson's Thick as a Brick.....made a total concerted effort to avoid TVs or any game updates....had dinner in a place with only a few TVs and I had my back to them....get to the show...one buddy who met me there is a Cards fan.....told him "don't say a word".....some drunk wanders in right as the lights go down and announces to everyone "Giants up 5-0" :lol:

    just watched the replay. that 9th inning rain was JUST LIKE the final scene in the deniro/snipes classic "The Fan" :lol:

    Congrats guys. I'm looking forward to the Series - it's an interesting matchup.

    Tigers have rotation set up, but they're going to be rusty as all teams are after they sweep the LCS (see 2006 Tigers, 2007 Rockies).
