everyone else has had a second (or 9th chance depending on what continent you live) and so it's definitely time for Lou to be allowed back on here... I think he is the only fully paid up member who ISNT allowed back on here and so i think it's a bit unjust. In fact couldn't he sue or something, Americans can sue cos of coffee being to hot, can't Lou sue for being the only member banned? :twisted:

Congrats on finally getting this poster E. BLou is really a great guy, just horribly misunderstood and tends to get carried away at times. In his defense though, I've read postings as bad, if not worse than his comments from quite a few other folks on here and they remain active, posting members. It's not that I agree what he did was right, just that the punishment he received is excessive. What is the harm in giving him another chance with a probationary period and if he screws up, he has to live with it? He still is a die-hard fan and good PJ people that many folks here hang with at shows of our own free will and we are not even practicing masochists either. Just my .02 cents on the matter.

He had been banned and reinstated in the past, maybe this was like a 3 strikes law type of thing cause it was not nearly as bad as some of the stuff that has happened here.
