    A very odd summer. Much cooler and wetter than normal. By this time of year, my grass is usually very brown. My grass is green as a gourd, my garden is overgrowing its borders, and while trying to watch the meteor shower last night a huge cloud rolled in. It is overcast again today; not looking promising for tonight. :roll:
    And the sun it may be shining . . . but there's an ocean in my eyes

    actually quite cool yesterday and today, lots of sun, little breezy. It was 53 this morning. All very odd for mid-August.

    I've been enjoying this weather ... it's a nice change of pace from the super heat, making my runs easier and letting us shut off the a/c. The cats are liking the open windows, too.

    This summer in atlanta has been a wash out. Its been rainy almost every weekend with rare exceptions. it was rainy on july 4th too :(

    Weather, I wouldn't know what that is, we are socked in with smoke from the fires burning in the Sierras. It's like an apocalypse here in North Lake Tahoe.
