Sick of the complaining.

Sorry everyone but i'm so FUCKING sick of the wingeing and complaining about everything, e.g. this boot sounds like crap, they sounded sloppy, they didn't play this song etc.
Why can't ppl just be grateful that PJ(my fav band) are still together, making music and playing shows.
After seeing them play in Adelaide Nov 17th 09, i walked away thinking how fucking lucky i am to be a PJ fan.

Have to agree with you. BTW, I thought Adelaide got one of the best setlists of the Australian tour. I should've gone for that show too.

i just feel lucky and grateful that my fav band are still together and going strong.
This was my first thread of my feeling of some people coming across ungrateful.
It's obvious i should just keep my opinions to myself.

I agree with the OP.
Anyone would think the band are suppose to be super human.
Anyone who saw them battle on in Sydney with Ed having the flu, THAT was professional.
Those winging about late boots, no christmas single, late postage, expensive postage......
Thank God PJ leave that to the ordinary people to organise while the band go out and do what they do best.... have fun rockin our soles.
Oh, and they can't be super human anyway without having ACTION FIGURES made in thier likeness. :P

Finally someone who feels like I do about the tools on this site who think they could do better. I hear ya, I'm sick of the complaining. If PJ played a polished rehearsed show every night like some bands, instead of changing up the setlist FOR THE FANS, maybe they would sound more "professional." As it is, I'd love to hear some of these so called "musicians" on this site do better. Where's your band? Let's hear your new album so we can post on your website that it sucks.

I will be the first to say that nothing is perfect, including PJ, but that dosen't mean they should be under such close scrutiny over everything they do. If you don't like something, that's fine but why go and plaster it all over the bands fan club forum? It's not the best place to say such things, you're going to ruffle some feathers. I was attacked for having this opinion by one of the forum "owners" who said and I quote, 'You (meaning me) don't own this forum, or this band, or us fans.' Well neither do you. And if I feel like defending my favourite band, I will, I don't care how long some have been posting or how much you consider yourselves "legends" I have just as much right to pledge my grievances with you as you do judging and criticizing the band.

Passion 76, well said. PJ are my favourite band too, have been since 92. And I agree, let's celebrate the fact that while PJ might not be 'newsmakers' anymore, and their albums don't sell as much as they did, the fact that they're still together and touring and making great new music is something to be very proud of.
