    Damn-hate making the trek up to Mansfield w/ that damn 11:00 on the dot curfew. There and the hartford meadows or whatever they call it now I won't go to unless Pearl Jam plays there.

    I thought the Jazz Fest organizer said their planned tour in May has been canceled?

    well after attending the Toronto show this summer I have to ask, who is your source? or at least tell me if its a reliable one...

    If there are shows at MSG this summer, the Boston area and the Toronto area are no-brainers to get shows (along with Washington), so these rumours make sense. I am not sure what his source is on this one but I know him well and he doesn't post BS rumours...

    I'd love to go back to Boston - if they played in Boston. But there is no way I am traveling to Mansfield AGAIN for shows...

    The Mansfield info comes from a source in the region, he's very reliable for Boston-area info. As for the Toronto info, this is exactly what i was told:

    So we have very strong rumours about the NY shows and the Boston show yet.
    D.C. would fit in really good I think, any rumours about this?

    Says who? The Stones still do it and they're 30 years older than PJ. Look at the last decade...they tour the shit out of their albums. What they'll probably is hit all non-2009 cities in the US (with maybe a few duplicates i.e. Camden and LA) and call the whole thing the Backspacer tour. All this speculation, "Oh, they're getting older and not doing full tours anymore"...That's crap. There's too much money and fun to be had by the band for them to turn all these things down.


    They all have families now. Their tours have been shorter in length and scope.

    Also, PJ isnt the Rolling Stones.
