    I think some artists today are taking advantage of the aftermarket pricing, they probably figure that someone else is going to take the extra $$$ if they dont. What some artists dont realize is that the "poster flipping" only helps the hobby grow, as much as i dont want to support that kind of greed either, but thats how it goes. If BK's U2/PJ Honolulu was worth only $50, no one would want it. Monetary value has a lot to do with what one collects. If it wasnt for the flippers, i would not have most of my sought after prints.

    If i wasnt at a show and wanted a print, i know i will prob end up paying handsomely on the bay, and i'm ok with that. If i had extra moneys, i would be buying as many posters as possible right now at those low prices - they will be going back up and beyond sooner or later - just not until this crap economy is fixed.

    yea those are long gone - i think D was informing us of past prices and the nice price bump on the Adelaide.
    i do however find this pretty funny how he calls these (berlin) AP's then states they are leftover from the show - so how are they artists proofs if they were show editions?

    signed show edition is NOT the same as an AP.
    Im sure most everyone already knows but, AP''s are used for the correcting and checking through the process - usually the artist/client/printer signs off on the print when was printed successfully and correctly registered before setting up for finalization of the run of prints. The correct term for most of what artists call AP's should be "Artist's Edition"

    Also to add to the discussion on posters prices, these were printed in AU(says on Munkone site) so often times the artist has to pay to have them shipped to the US and sometimes that raises the cost of the print for us(may be the same case with Germany print). Anyhow, its a beauty and a small edition of only 100. And available now on munkone.com. Go Go Go

    it's like it was the Klausen Portland or something..... :lol::lol::lol: which I still say is a kick as print.
