    The hillbilly salami rolls are made...
    The celery stalks are filled with cream cheese and cut into cute little pieces.....
    On to the spinach dip........
    And the vegetable tray with ranch dressing........

    here is tonights dinner. (I do the cooking. Mrs. Merkinball doesn't)

    Shrimp Ring
    Nachos


    Appetizer:

    Cream of Potato and Bacon Soup

    Main:
    Roast Turkey
    Sage and Onion Stuffing
    Mashed Potato
    Candied Yams
    Asparagus
    Corn
    Carrots

    Dessert:
    Strawberry Shortcake
    Pumpkin Pie

    I made prime rib coated with garlic and horseradish, feta and garlic mashed potatoes and crab quiche for tomorrow's breakfast along with mimosas. :) It's all good ! Cheers to all and Merry Christmas!
