    Check your email, if the order went through you should have an email, same thing happened me but when I went back into orders it was there.

    Great idea by the TC. I wasn't sure if my order went though, but checked my emails and bam they were there. That was quick. Kudos to the TC.

    Had to enter my card details 3 times and it took me 48 minutes but I finally got tix :D .

    They were in my cart and disappeared...but I decided to fight to get it back again!

    it timed out for me all the time too when clicking on buy... checked my cart and they were in there..got the checkout down with about 20 more time outs.. but just received my confirmation email :D

    1st time poster and I'm a bit confused by the online ticket ordering system. Took 50 mins to get through to a payment screen and then my computer timed out. I'm now getting the following message:

    You cannot checkout with an empty cart
    Your cart was not updated because 2010 PEARL JAM 22/6 DUBLIN TICKET PAIR is restricted
    You cannot order more than 1 unit(s) of 2010 PEARL JAM 22/6 DUBLIN TICKET PAIR

    Does this mean I have them or not?

    You have them. Go to the top of the "goods" page....even in a new window....and check out that way.
