    Tough loss for C.C.. Probably should have pitched the 7th. Usually Betances is the right choice. But if you have a starter that can give you length. You have to let him.

    Weird. Because in the past when C.C. would have bad starts giving up 4 or 5 runs. Girardi would let him pitch to the 8th or 9th

    had three hits tonight, he's done OK, though he's slumped recently. so far no grapefruit IQ moments I can recall.
